REACH Registration

The timescale for REACH compliance extends to June 2018 depending on the substance involved and the annual tonnage sold.

Registration requires the submission of:

  • A registration fee for each individual registrant
  • A ‘Technical Dossier’ in the agreed format and, in cases of substances in quantities exceeding 10 tonnes per annum
  • A Safety Report - in the format outlined in Annex I of the regulations

Registration Fees

The structure and level of fees payable is dependent on a number of factors including:

  • The size of the registrant
  • Whether the submission is a single or joint submission
  • The tonnage band

It is important to ensure that all information is correct at the time of submitting a registration as an additional fee could be incurred for later amendments.
