ReFaC appoints new Manager

ReFaC – the REACH Facilitation Company for Europe’s chemical supply chain – has announced the appointment of a new Business Development Manager.
Dr Darren Staniforth was previously Business Development Manager with Bostik Limited. He graduated in chemistry at Lancaster University where he also undertook doctoral research. After a period in R&D, in 1990 he moved into technical sales management with Evode Limited. In 2000, he joined Bostik Limited, initially as its Technical Sales Manager and he later became its Business Development and Product Manager. In this role, Darren became involved in the commercial and technical aspects of REACH compliance in addition to communications with suppliers and downstream users.
His industry knowledge enables him to bring a wealth of experience to ReFaC delivering the range of REACH services from late pre-registration, through to the dossier submission and authorisation of substances.
