About ReFaC
ReFaC is an independent REACH Facilitation Company which is managed by the industry for the industry. As a truly independent company there are no conflicts of interest between manufacturers/suppliers/importers or end users.
ReFaC has two simple objectives: to provide its members with cost-effective compliance solutions and, wherever possible, reduce the burden of administration imposed by REACH.
Championing smaller companies - ReFaC helps smaller supply chain companies based inside or outside the European Union – whether they are chemical producers, distributors, service providers, downstream users or trade associations.
In-house expertise – ReFaC delivers REACH compliance using its own staff and industry expertise. It will not be a clearing house for consultancy services.
Sourcing data – ReFaC helps its members to obtain and submit data from the most competitive and reliable sources and negotiate appropriate testing regimes.
Searching for economies – ReFaC brings together businesses registering the same substance to promote consortia formation, the pooling of data and other forms of co-operation.
